After being coated in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs, it’s fried in a minimal amount of oil and then finished to perfection in the oven. In 2016, to mark Ribič’s 50th anniversary, the family introduced a special “Ribič-style steak” - a tribute to Božo’s legacy and a symbol of how far the restaurant has come.
